LEE WOOK JUNG

Lee Wook-jung, CEO and Creative Director of MIND at PLAY, is a documentary producer with 27 years of experience. He earned a master's degree in anthropology at Seoul National University and a master's degree in broadcasting from Northwestern University after his bachelor's degree in English literature at Yonsei University. 


He has been a documentary producer for 24 years at KBS, Korea's largest broadcaster. As a director, he produced documentaries on various topics such as culture, history, current events, and food. He won the 69th Peabody Award with his signature work ‘Noodle Road’ for a TV documentary. 


Becoming the CEO of a content company in 2019, he is producing various digital contents as well as documentaries. He is currently working on a medical documentary called Severance and a TVING original series documentary called Food Chronicle.
